Dr. Jen Cheah As the principal dentist with a Master of Dentistry from La Trobe University, Dr. Cheah focuses in implantology and cosmetic dentistry, with a particular focus on smile design. He is also renowned for his charitable work, notably with Australian Health Humanitarian Aid in Cambodia.
Dr. Leanne Pham Dr. Pham holds a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Melbourne. Prior to joining Melville Dental Care, she practised in South-West regional Victoria. She is dedicated to general dentistry and emphasises personalised care to ensure patient comfort.
Dr. Michael O'Laco As the clinic's oral health therapist, Ms. Nguyen is dedicated to providing holistic dental hygiene care. She is particularly passionate about children's dentistry.
Ms. Emily Nguyen is an oral health therapist at the clinic, focusing on dental hygiene and patient preventative care. Her passion lies with looking after kids’ dental health.
Dr Leanne and her dental assistant were amazing. Dr Leanne was gentle with my 6 year old son who had a check up, clean and xray. She was very thorough, accomodating and calm and explained every step. The whole experience was very relaxing for my son.Thumbs up to the receptionist who was very friendly and gave my boys goodie bags! She also took the time to gave me pricing information about a possible dental plan.

The best dentist experience I've had!From the service with changing booking time and day, to the cleanliness of the place and of course - the staff!Dr Lisa explained everything and gave quotes up front, taking into account the health insurance provider and all. Sheepishly going back to the dentist after many years of no appointments - Dr Jen and team were super welcoming and efficient. Great location, with lots of scans and tech in one place. Have since gone back for clean, and to have mouthguard made. Quick, friendly care every time.
My first visit with a broken tooth. Dr Jen was thorough and knowledgeable and had fixed 2 problems, done x-rays and a polish in no time. Emily was great to deal with, fitting me in a day ahead due a cancelled appointment. Facilities appear to be right up to date, and it is in easy walking distance from my home. Thoroughly recommended.
Best dental practice in all of Melbourne. The staff and dental assistants are extremely friendly and accommodating. Dr Jen Cheah is also one of the most skilled, empathetic and dedicated dentists there is. Above all, they used the best technology in their tools and X-Rays. I had a minor emergency where I had chipped my front tooth. While contemplating what life would be like to just leave it like that, my wife made a booking at Melville dental care. The staff are very friendly and re assuring, I was made to feel safe and comfortable during the entire experience. Very grateful they were able to help during a difficult time like COVID.
